Rhea Pinger - AVP Business Operations
Over seven years of experience running all internal operations for Mericana. Rhea has a solid background in skills associated with maintaining an organized and smoothly running office, including knowledge of and experience in using a variety of computer programs, as well as the ability to interact well with people on the phone and in person. Responsible for communication with project owners & subcontractors, invoicing and pay applications, A/P, A/R, payroll, and taxes. Other duties include assisting in advertising, processing financial reports, and insurance. Rhea has a degree in Communications, as well as a degree in Psychology, both achieved with honors at Rutgers University.
